All items available on our website are handcrafted and generally take 10 business days to create. Custom colors can take up to 21 business days to create as we wait for the materials to arrive in our studio. RUSH orders ship within 3 days if possible. We strongly recommend choosing the appropriate shipping service below. We can not be held responsible if you fail to upgrade shipping and your package does not arrive in time! All domestic orders ship with delivery confirmation via the United States Postal Service.

Rush service may be added for $30, and we will process and ship your order within 3 business days, provided materials are in stock. If you add this fee and we cannot fulfill your rush request, we will refund the fee and contact you. You will then have the option of canceling the order, or allowing us to fulfill your order within the specified timeframe. Or, you may contact us in advance to determine if we can fulfill your request.

Please note these are outside times. Your package could arrive much sooner, but you should allow this much time to make sure you receive your jewelry in time for your special day!

Information for Customers Outside the United States

All orders are made and ship from the United States and are billed to your credit card in US Dollars (which are normally converted to your local currency by your Credit Card Merchant). We are happy to offer International services through the USPS to select countries. To see if we ship to your country, add an item to your shopping bag and select the country drop-down box. If your country is not listed, feel free to inquire via email. International Priority Mail is available for $15. Most International Priority Mail packages are received within 2 weeks of shipment (allow a total of 4 weeks to receive). Rush processing service is available for an additional $30 also (allow about 2.5 weeks).

All duties, VAT/GST, and other country-specific fees are the resposibility of the buyer. We fill out a complete Customs invoice for all orders with the actual value of the order in US Dollars. We do not ship items as "gifts". Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

As of 2008, all purchases below £18 are exempt from both Duty and VAT. To see an aproximation of the current excange rate of £18 to US Dollars, please click here. Crystal and Pearl samples are subject to neither Duty nor VAT. Be sure to select International Priority Mail upon checkout.

There are neither duties nor taxes applicable to sales between the United States and Canada. There will be no additional fees or payments due beyond the final invoice amount of your order. Just be sure to select International Priority Mail upon checkout.

We accept all major credit cards, Paypal, checks and money orders. Simply browse our site and add items to your cart. When you're ready to check out click the "Check Out" button at the top of the page and follow the prompts. If you have any questions or problems, feel free to contact us. Return Policy

We will accept a return for replacement or refund (minus a 15% stocking fee) provided it is postmarked within 14 days of receipt and is marked with a return authorization number.

Just email us at michele@jewelsbymichele.com or call 888-705-6272 to return your purchase. Please include in your email your name, order number, items to be returned and whether you want a replacement or a refund. All products must be in unworn and unused condition. Return packages must include all materials shipped, including any tags, free items, promotional materials, etc.

Please note all custom, personalized and clearance merchandise are non-refundable except in cases of defect.

Frequently Asked Questions

Question:   Can I get one of your styles in a child's size?
Answer:   Yes. All barefoot sandals are available in juvenile sizes and can be ordered directly from the catalog page. Other products may be custom sized - just let us know that information at checkout.

Question:   Is it possible to get a different color of a product on your site?
Answer:   Absolutely. Just send us a Custom Order. We'll work up a price and time quote (which depends on the beads we have in stock, etc.) and email you within 24 hours. You may then decide whether or not you wish to purchase.

Question:   I only have an idea of what I want, or I don't have any idea but know the event I want jewelry for, can I send you an email with my thoughts? Could you work up a style?
Answer:   Yes, Absolutely! We love a challenge. Just send us a Custom Order with your thoughts or event and we'll see what we can do. Just like any custom order, we'll work back and forth until we find the perfect style and color and then you can decide whether or not to purchase.

Question: I was here a month ago and saw a product that I'd like to buy now buy I can't find it. Is it still available?
Answer: We are constantly changing our inventory based on sales, availability of beads and supplies and many other reasons. Just because you don't see it listed doesn't mean we can't provide it. Send us an email using our Custom Order page describing the item and we'll see what we can do.
